Job summary

Community Case Management Limited is seeking a passionate Support Worker to help empower our client at home and in the community. You will provide compassionate support, promote independence and contribute to a nurturing environment, while building trust and promoting wellbeing.

Two part-time positions are available: 24 hours per week and 36 hours per week, with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour. DBS disclosure is a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with brain injury in a supportive setting is highly desirable.
• Strong mentoring abilities with a genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with client, families and team members.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond sensitively to challenging situations.
• Promote and maintain professional boundaries as essential.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing; training provided if needed.
