Job summary

Seco Support is hiring dedicated support workers to help Lily, a 22-year-old with Autism and learning difficulties, live as independently as possible. You will provide patient, compassionate care, administer prescribed support plans, and accompany Lily on trips and activities.

A driving license is preferred, with induction and DBS checks required for the role. We offer full or part-time positions, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment focused on safety, growth, and meaningful

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license preferred.
• Experience in a similar role desired.
• Ability to follow training provided by Seco Support and others.

Responsibilities

• Support Lily in daily living and community activities.
• Provide calm and confident assistance in medical or safety situations.
• Build trusting relationships with Lily and her family.
• Assist with transport using Lily's car and accompany her on activities.
