Job summary

Independent Living Solutions Ltd. is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help Bobby live independently and enjoy daily activities with responsive, one-to-one support in the family home and local community.

You will work closely with Bobby's family and care team to provide dedicated, consistent assistance, engaging in activities, personal care, and social outings while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with specialist equipment; training provided.
• Experience of working with children/adults with special needs.
• Confident and comfortable working in a family home and sensitive to needs.
• Commitment and passion for meeting Bobby's needs.
• Empathy and professional conduct.
• Willingness to cover shifts and work flexibly.
• Non-smoker; full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bobby to participate in activities/leisure out in the community and at home.
• Encourage independence in personal care and daily living tasks as advised.
• Support independence in activities of daily living.
• Enable and promote social outings.
• Provide companionship.
• Assist with any personal care required.
