Job summary

Enable is recruiting Personal Assistants in Burntisland to support Emma, a non-verbal young woman with epilepsy, in her own home. The role offers 27 hours per week across various shifts, with weekday and weekend rates of £13.45 and £17.93 per hour respectively.

No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided, including epilepsy care and PEG feeding, and you will join a supportive, award-winning charity that values kindness, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training will be provided.

• Ability to follow safety and care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support Emma with daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with moving and handling as needed.
• Follow epilepsy care and PEG feeding training.
• Help expand Emma's social networks and community connections.
