Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based experience as a Support Worker.
• Experience or confidence in managing challenging behaviour.
• Compassionate, empathetic and reliable with a flexible approach to shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation.
• Help clients maintain independence by supporting activities and appointments.
• Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques.
• Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour, responding calmly and effectively.
• Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations.
