CCH Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to the residents of Glenrothes, delivering support with kindness and professionalism.

We offer flexible hours, paid mileage, DBS check assistance, and opportunities for training and progression within the largest care company in the UK. Prior driving is not required, and cycle-to-work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates sincere interest in working with our client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude at all times.
• Eagerness to engage in vocational training programs and enhance skills.
• Show initiative and autonomy in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – be a friendly face and prevent loneliness.
• Personal Care – assist with all aspects of personal hygiene.
• Medication – collect prescriptions and provide reminders.
• Mealtimes – prepare tasty meals.
• Housekeeping – keep the home as they like.
• Mobility – help with getting around.
