Thera Trust in Brundall, Norfolk, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time hours at £13.30 per hour.

You will assist adults with learning disabilities with daily tasks, personal support, and help them engage in home and community activities. We value compassionate, reliable team players with strong communication skills and IT readiness for digital timesheets and e-learning.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rota including early, late, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts.
• Confident with IT and access to a device for digital timesheets and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability to develop new skills and independence.
• Provide personal and emotional support and assist with home planning and management.
• Encourage participation in leisure, employment and community activities.
