Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Rochester to provide person‑centred assistance to a woman with focal epilepsy. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, and community access, with an emphasis on choice and independence.

Induction and role‑specific training are provided. Shifts include days and nights; timely updates to care plans and close collaboration with families and professionals are expected.

Qualifications

• Caring, respectful and reliable approach.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow an individual care plan.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous care or support experience in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with PEG and epilepsy.
