Discovery exists to support people to live fulfilling lives in their local communities. The Paddocks, operated by Dimensions Group, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help residents achieve independence, make choices and participate in activities they love.

You’ll be part of a compassionate team, building genuine relationships with five residents in individual bungalows and supporting a range of daily living tasks, outings and hobbies with warmth and empathy.
