Job summary

• Relevant care qualifications such as NVQ/QCF or Care Certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
• Support individuals with social and community activities.
• Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist with medication in line with training and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or changes in wellbeing.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures.
• Work effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals.
• Attend training, supervision, and team meetings as required.
