Job summary

Agincare in Morton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive and live independently, through person-centred care and engaging daily activities.

You will support personal care, promote wellbeing, and help plan meaningful outings while following individual care plans in a community-based setting. Full funded training to QCF Level 5 and career development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support and personal care.
• Encourage activities and meaningful experiences.
