Job summary

Creative Support are looking to welcome warm, compassionate Support Workers to our dedicated team in Hyde. In this Full-Time role within our Intensive Support Service, you will help three individuals with learning or physical disabilities regain independence, build daily living skills, and establish healthy routines.

You will be supporting community participation, promoting wellbeing, and encouraging personal development.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills and person-centred values.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to enjoy life, participate in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities and routines.
