Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, supporting two gentlemen across our houses in Kinson and Muscliff (Northbourne). The roles involve personal care, medication administration, meal prep, and helping them maintain independence.

Two mobility vehicle-equipped homes are located 7 minutes apart by car, with shifts including early, late, and one sleep-in per week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic approach.
• Flexible and reliable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication administration and meal preparation.
