Avenues London is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Margate to assist adults with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and communication challenges. Your role supports independence and community involvement in a range of services including supported living homes and outreach.

The position is full-time, 39 hours per week with a salary of £25,845 per annum (pro rata). A UK driving license is essential and flexibility for all shifts (AM, PM, waking nights and sleep-ins) is

• Full UK driving license essential.
• Must be flexible for all shifts (AM, PM, Waking Nights and Sleep Ins).
• Experience in social care or a willingness to complete accredited training.
