Job summary

Shaw healthcare is hiring a Support Worker at Figbury Lodge in Canford Heath, Poole, for 36 or 48 hour contracts at £13.90 per hour. You will provide person-centred care and build trust with residents in a dementia and residential care setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
