Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker at Ancaster Mews to provide practical and compassionate care to residents with complex needs. The role involves personal care, daily routines, and enabling independence in a supportive, person-centred environment.

You will work shifts across mornings and evenings, helping residents access the community and participate in activities while following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, hands-on approach to supporting adults with complex needs.
• Flexible and able to work a range of shifts in a care setting.
• DBS checks and references required prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support people with complex care needs, including wheelchair users.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines to promote independence.
• Encourage life skills and community participation through activities.
