Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for The Cherry Tree home. You will deliver high-quality, enabling care, support daily living activities and promote independence for adults with autism, learning disabilities and related mental health conditions.

You will work as part of a caring team to maintain a safe environment, follow care plans, coordinate activities and communicate effectively with individuals, families and professionals.

• Oversee medication processes and support self-administration where appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and follow health and safety protocols.
