Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Beeswing is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners to join our 24/7 supported living service. The role is full-time, 30 hours per week, with evening and weekend shifts.

Training including a fully funded SVQ will be provided; you do not need prior care experience. Successful candidates will work with individuals in their own homes, supporting daily living, finances and personal care, with a strong emphasis on positive behaviour support.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; recruitment based on values and transferable skills.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence (Manual). Access to own car not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals living with disabilities in daily living activities, including medication and finances, housework, meal prep and personal care.
• Support with outings, hobbies, and social activities to promote independence.
• Participate in 24/7 shift structure with on-site staff and sleepovers; training including CALM, Epilepsy & M&H is provided.
