Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. You will lead a culinary team to deliver nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals within budget, while upholding high hygiene standards.

We’re looking for someone with relevant catering qualifications and at least 1 year of catering experience who can adapt to a range of duties at short notice. DBS check and UK work eligibility are required.

• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality culinary services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team under the Head Chef.

• Support the Avery Food safety management system.
