Job summary

Rowans Hospice is seeking an experienced Bank Staff Nurse to join the Living Well Services team at the Rowans Living Well Centre in Purbrook. You will provide nursing support across the Living Well Centre and Community Satellite Hubs, assessing needs, coordinating care and therapies, and helping patients and families stay informed and in control of decisions about their care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support within Living Well Services, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, including Community Satellite Hubs.
• Assess and triage patients, coordinating care and therapies.
• Support patients and carers in information, care planning and decision-making.
