Job summary

Cpl UK - Healthcare is seeking a compassionate NMC-registered Nurse to join our patient-centred team in Greater London. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with complex health needs, including end-of-life support, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work a 7-day rota that includes weekends and nights, with ongoing learning and career development opportunities, and a commitment to advocacy for patients and families at every stage of their journey.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration and a nursing degree.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient care, including complex or palliative care (desirable).
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.
