Job summary

Lancashire County Council’s Children’s Residential Service is expanding with new homes across the County. We are recruiting Residential Child Care Workers to support 11–17 year olds in Padiham, Burnley and Clitheroe.

You will live in the home, sharing meals and sleep-in duties, build supportive relationships, and work with social workers, schools, police and health colleagues to meet children's needs. A positive, committed approach is essential; the role includes a rota of days, evenings,

• Undertake basic household tasks: cleaning, cooking, shopping.
