Health Transportation Group UK is hiring part-time Patient Transport Drivers in Dorchester. You will deliver compassionate transport services to vulnerable patients, with shifts including early mornings, evenings, late shifts, and nights.

A full UK manual driving licence is required, with training provided to familiarise you with our procedures and safety guidelines. The role emphasizes patient care, mobility support, and clear communication within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to undertake HTG-UK mandatory training and ongoing development.
• Commitment to HTG-UK values including care, respect and social value.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport patients to and from healthcare appointments.
• Assist with mobility of patients, including safe lifting and transfers.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare staff while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and record journey details accurately.
