Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Home Driver to help our pharmacy team deliver medicines and collect prescriptions from surgeries, ensuring a safe, confidential and reliable service for local communities.

You will be responsible for vehicle safety checks, planning efficient routes, handling patient information with care and coordinating with colleagues to maintain a high standard of care on every delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be committed to safe driving and vehicle checks.
• Reliable, responsible and organised with ability to plan deliveries efficiently.
• Excellent communication with patients, doctors and colleagues, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality for medicines and prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medicines to patients and collect prescriptions from doctors’ surgeries.
• Plan and organise patient deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle medicines and prescriptions with care, maintaining privacy and following procedures.
• Coordinate with pharmacy colleagues to support dependable delivery and collection services.
