Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support a full-time wheelchair user living with Multiple Sclerosis in Bedminster, Bristol (BS3). The role covers 30 hours weekly (Mon–Fri 8am–2pm) plus one weekend every four weeks (additional 16 hours), at £13.50 per hour.

Training is provided and previous care experience is welcome but not essential. Responsibilities include morning routine support, appointments and outings, light housework, and driving a wheelchair-adapted vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Morning routine assistance including hoisting, showering and personal care.
• Accompanying to appointments and social outings.
• Light household tasks.
• Driving to/from outings in a wheelchair-adapted vehicle.
