Job summary

Personal Budgets Support Service in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to support an employer's independent life, helping with meals, household tasks and daily errands while encouraging social activity.

You will assist with breakfast, batch cooking, transport to appointments, shopping, paperwork and medication reminders; some admin and English reading required. Car ownership and driving are preferred; flexible, empathetic and trustworthy candidates are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Good level of reading and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with breakfast, general household tasks and admin from Friday to Monday.
• Prepare and cook batch meals and clean the kitchen afterwards.
• Support employer at occasional outpatient appointments; provide transport where needed; mileage paid.
• Assist with shopping, paperwork and basic computer use.
• Provide social support in the community; assist with mobility scooter/wheelchair use.
• Prompt with medications and reminders for intake.
• Other tasks within the Personal Assistant scope as required.
