Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking Female Personal Assistants in West Lothian to support David and Laura in living independently. You will provide person-centred care, help with daily living tasks, medications, and accompany them to appointments and activities.

The role requires flexibility across 7 days with a 16-hour contract, focusing on promoting independence, community participation and a supportive, caring presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and supporting independence.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred assistance.
• Willingness to work across flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals to live independently.
• Personal care and maintaining wellbeing for the people supported.
• Medication support where required and moving/handling assistance.
• Assist with daily living tasks and household activities.
• Accompany people to appointments and social activities.
• Promote choice, independence and community inclusion.
