Continuity of Care Services is hiring a Positive Behaviour Support Worker in the Tunbridge Wells area. The role involves night and day shifts to support a gentleman in his 50s with a traumatic brain injury, including personal care, community activities, and driving to activities.

Mileage is paid in addition to salary. Applicants must have care experience, a full UK driving licence with own car, and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and own car is essential.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for the client in home and community settings.
• Support activities including swimming, sports, and outdoor routines to promote an active lifestyle.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication administration, and household duties.
