Job summary

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Healthcare Support Worker to join the Scotter Ward. You will support doctors, nurses and practitioners to deliver high-quality care in a busy NHS environment.

You will assist with clinical tasks, maintain records, and help with stock and reception duties while developing in a supportive team. Flexibility for shift work and commitment to patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
• Training and development opportunities will be provided.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Good computer / IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and record patient observations.
• Provide basic patient care.
• Support delivery of safe, effective, individualized care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Order and replenish stock; assist with reception and clerical duties.
• Act as a chaperone when required to support service flow.
• Support the smooth running of the service.
