Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a Family Support Worker for HMP Berwyn. This 18.5-hour, part-time role supports families during prison visits, welcoming guests and providing practical guidance to navigate the visiting environment.

You will work with prison staff and external agencies to promote a supportive, child-friendly visits hall and ensure families access available services. Salary £26,003 (FTE) with every-other-weekend shifts.
