Job summary

Disability North is seeking a kind, patient personal assistant to support Maaz during school holidays in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role is 10 hours per week with a rate of £14.00 per hour, and a full clean driving licence is essential.

The PA will accompany Maaz on outings, help with daily activities, and provide personal care including nappies, hygiene support, and meal assistance in line with a Halal diet. Training will be provided, and applicants must have permission to work in the U.K.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with disabilities.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Caring and reliable nature.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Maaz during school holidays.
• Assist with community outings while ensuring safety.
• Travel with Maaz in own car and assist with daily activities.
