UDirect Support seeks a patient and proactive Personal Assistant to support a 7-year-old girl in Carlisle. The role focuses on enabling access to community activities, promoting safety, and fostering independence in a supportive home and outdoor environments.

You will provide personal care, light feeding support, communication assistance, and gentle behavioural support as she participates in activities she enjoys, such as swimming and outdoor play.

Responsabilités

• Personal care for the child as needed.
• Light feeding support where appropriate.
• Monitor safety due to ingestion risk of non-edible objects.
• Provide communication support using gestures and objects of reference.
• Offer emotional and behavioural support to help participation in activities.
