Essex Cares Limited is hiring an Older People Support Worker to assist older adults, including those with dementia, with daily living activities and social engagement. The role involves supporting personal care, nutrition, hydration, and assisting with medications where needed.

You will work across Essex centers and communities, travelling to training and client locations. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with a pro-active, empathetic approach and flexible working

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support older people, including those living with dementia or frailty, with personal care and everyday activities.
• Deliver tailored activities to maintain independence and encourage social interaction both on-site and in the community.
• Support nutrition and hydration, and assist with medication administration where required.
