Hampshire County Council is seeking a part-time Care Assistant to support residents in Westholme, Winchester. The role focuses on daily living assistance, personal care, safety and comfort within our older adults homes.

You’ll deliver person-centred care, promote independence and build trusting relationships with residents and families. We value compassion, teamwork and a commitment to high-quality care, with weekend coverage and enhancements in line with local policy.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social care isn’t essential to join us as a Care Assistant — you might be a school or college leaver taking your first step in a career in social care.
• What’s more important is you have the values, skills and motivation to provide high quality care.

• Support daily living: assist with personal care, ensuring comfort, wellbeing and safety of residents.
