Job summary

Oakland Care Beechwood Grove in Eastbourne is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care to our residents during the night hours.

You will support daily living activities, assist with personal care, monitor wellbeing, and keep clear records while maintaining a calm, respectful environment. This full-time role offers 40.25 hours per week with a pay of £13.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.

• Be a true team player.
• Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carrying out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
