Qualifications

• No professional experience required; thorough induction and training provided.
• Strong communication, respect, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while supporting dignity and independence.
• Identify clinical risks (e.g., weight loss, falls) and elevate promptly.
