Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a care team delivering high standards of personal care.
• Willingness to be adaptable and take on varied duties with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Contribute to continuity of services within the care team.
• Recognise clinical risks (weight loss, falls, infections) and escalate promptly.
