Job summary

Spa Nursing Home Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a part-time Laundry Assistant for 12 hours per week at Iveagh Nursing Home. You will help keep the home clean and comfortable, handle laundry tasks and provide fresh linens for residents in a respectful, caring environment.

We value compassion, dignity and teamwork. The role requires UK eligibility to work and can involve a light physical workload; training and development opportunities are offered and the role is paid at £12.21 per hour,

Qualifications

• Compassion, understanding and positivity in supporting others.
• A commitment to treating people with dignity and respect.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience of cleaning, laundry or kitchen, whether in work or home.
• An interest in cleaning and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK (this role does not meet Home Office requirements for sponsorship)
• Medical fitness to carry out physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic cleaning tasks across all areas of the home.
• Assist with laundry services and provide fresh linens.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the home.
• Support residents with a clean and welcoming environment.
