Electus Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to join Larne Care Centre in Northern Ireland. You will provide personal care with warmth, support residents to maintain independence, monitor wellbeing and engage them in meaningful activities.

We offer £12.71 per hour, enhanced overtime rate, a company pension and a supportive team with clear development opportunities. Flexibility for weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
• Previous experience is desired but not required - full training provided.
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
