Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, especially Moving & Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH.
• Experience cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Demonstrates compassion and commitment to high‑quality housekeeping for residents.
• Able to adapt and be flexible to cover varied duties at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties following worksheet instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and laundry standards to a high hotel service level.
• Respect residents' dignity, space and belongings at all times.
