Job summary

You will carry out cleaning tasks, handle laundry, and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect. The role requires flexibility to cover various duties at short notice and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality housekeeping and laundry service.
• Adaptive and flexible to cover various responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understand cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and maintain areas in good condition.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and their personal space is respected.
