Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home for residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist settings.

You will follow schedules, use cleaning products safely and support infection control, all while showing kindness and respect in every interaction with residents, visitors and colleagues. No previous extensive housekeeping experience is required as full training is provided; organisational skills and attention to

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• Must be organised, manage your time well, and work with attention to detail.
• Ability to be kind and respectful in every conversation with Residents, visitors and your team.
• Please note: applicants must have the full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
• Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
• Supporting infection control and safety standards
• Helping with laundry and linen care
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
