Job summary
Hampden House is looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at a 66-bed nursing home in Harrogate. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff while supporting the wider care team when required.

Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable.
- A caring and respectful approach towards residents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional and committed to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
- Ensure the home is hygienic, well-presented and free from unpleasant odours.
- Safely use, store and maintain cleaning products and equipment.
- Support the care team where required.
- Promote residents' dignity, privacy and independence.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
- Attend training and staff meetings as required.
