Oakdale Nursing Home in Poole is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our friendly team. You will work across all areas of the home—bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and dining rooms—maintaining a clean, homely environment for residents, visitors and staff. This role is 33 hours per week with alternating weekends, offering steady patterns and a supportive workplace.

• Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner.
• Caring and compassionate nature.
• The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others.
• Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and homely environment for residents.
• Clean across all areas: bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and dining rooms.
• Support residents, visitors and staff by ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
