Job summary

Caring Hearts Ltd in Stirling is seeking compassionate Home Support Workers (Driver and Non‑Driver) to provide in‑home care. You will assist with daily living tasks, communicate with clients and families, and work with health professionals to support safe, dignified living.

A full driving licence is preferred for the Driver role; PVG scheme membership and ongoing training are required. We value dignity, confidentiality, and respectful, person‑centred care delivered with empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in care provision and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Genuine care and compassion for others.
• Understanding of person‑centred care and respect for individual choices.
• Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining accurate reporting of incidents.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to get up, dress and prepare for their day.
• Provide washing, bathing, grooming and oral care assistance.
• Assist with toileting and continence management.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform general household duties including laundry and housekeeping.
• Shop for supplies and manage inventory.
• Keep accurate records of care visits.
• Collaborate with care professionals such as district nurses and GPs.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitoring as required.
