Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Winchester to support clients in their own homes. This female‑only role is a Genuine Occupational Requirement and no experience is necessary, with full training provided.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, shopping, and companionship, and you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Contracts are flexible (part‑time and full‑time, alternate weekends) with mileage paid and a pension scheme.
