Job summary

Starling Homecare is hiring carers to support clients in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas. Start at £14.50 per hour on weekdays and £15.00 at weekends, with overtime enhancement and a future move to £16.00 after three months for those with committed availability.

You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car, and be eligible to work in the UK. Training is provided, and generous benefits follow as you settle into the role.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes with daily tasks, meals, medications, and keeping the home comfortable and safe.
• Build rapport with clients, learn their routines, and anticipate needs.
• Provide consistent visits across Welwyn Hatfield and Potters Bar and communicate any concerns.
