Job summary

Starling Homecare, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, is seeking caring individuals to visit clients in their homes. Start at £14.50 per hour on weekdays and £15.00 on weekends, with potential to move to £16.00 after three months. Full training is provided and DBS checks are required.

Flexible patterns aim for ~40 hours of availability weekly, including weekends. Additional uplifts apply on bank holidays and special days, plus mileage and a welcome bonus after three months.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required and own car.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience welcome but not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with daily tasks and routines.
• Maintain consistent visits and get to know clients by name and habit.
• Identify issues and communicate them to the care team.
