Job summary

Dynamic People Ltd in Essex is hiring Home Care Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across West Essex, including Harlow and Epping Forest. The role offers UK visa sponsorship and requires driving to travel between clients on the road.

Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, bathing, hygiene, mobility, meals and medication support, while following individual care plans and maintaining client dignity and independence. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help clients with dressing, undressing and preparing for outings or day care.
• Support clients with bathing, grooming and oral hygiene.
• Assist with hair care and nails.
• Support personal hygiene and toileting.
• Provide continence care.
• Assist with pressure sore care under supervision.
• Help clients move safely in and out of bed.
• Support daily living and rehabilitation aids.
• Assist with rehabilitation programmes as directed by professionals.
• Provide day, evening or night sitting where required.
• Support clients with prescribed medication.
• Prepare snacks and meals according to preferences.
• Assist with feeding when required.
