Qualifications

• Two years of care experience preferred.
• Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care certificate.
• Experience in home care, hospice, or hospital settings.
• Care Certificate completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health indicators and support wellbeing.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, laundry and light cleaning.
• Support mobility and accompany clients to activities.
• Provide emotional support and reduce loneliness.
• Maintain accurate care notes and comply with safety policies.
• Communicate with care team and management regularly.
